Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Hardware Contracts

IMPORTANT NOTE

The period of performance on ITES-3H ends 19 May 2025.

Because the base ITES-3H IDIQ contract is currently scheduled to expire on 19 May 2025, option periods scheduled to begin after 19 May 2025 cannot currently be exercised. An option under a delivery order scheduled to be exercised after 19 May could only be exercised if the base ITES-3H contract is extended.

ITES-3H ordering period expiration has been extended and revised by contract modification an additional 21 months, from 23AUG2023 to 19MAY2025. Reference each base contract FAR 52.216-22(d).
Contractor shall not be required to make any deliveries under this contract after 36 months after expiration of the contract.

The ITES-3H legacy PSC code has been deactivated as of late OCT 2020. The replacement PSC code is 7B22

Scope

The ITES-3H contracts provide for the purchase and lease of commercial UNIX Based Servers, Non-UNIX based servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin clients, storage systems, networking equipment (including wireless), network printers, product ancillaries (including equipment cabinets, racks and mounts), peripherals (including monitors), network cabling products, video teleconferencing (VTC) products, standalone displays (e.g., plasma screens, HDTVs), scanners, Everything over Internet Protocol (EoIP) products, communication devices, power devices, and software provided as part of the end to end solution (includes Enterprise Software Agreements (ESA), Non-ESA, SmartBUY, and Non-SmartBUY), warranty variations, and other related incidental services, accessories, and options.
