The Government has made changes to the CHESS ITES-3S contract, exercising all the remaining Ordering Periods instead of annually until 24SEP2027. In addition, FAR Clause 52.216-8 is hereby changed to allow for 60 months of performance after the final Ordering Period, allowing performance to be completed until 24SEP2032. The executed modification removes ITES-3S ceiling rates and will not apply to orders placed in previous Ordering Periods . The requirement for vendors to propose in accordance with ceiling labor category for orders placed in Option Year 2 and beyond are removed and applicable to orders placed on 25 September 2024 and beyond. This change removing ceiling rates only applies to future task orders. Requests for Proposals (RFP) must be created by a Contracting Officer (KO) or a Contract Specialist (KS) using the RFP Tool on the CHESS IT e-mart.
