Oracle Agreement

Important Note
For Oracle products and services under the Special Solutions CLIN, DOD entities may continue to use the active (Affigent) DOD ESI BPA until it expires on 30 November 2018. Under the Special Solutions CLIN, all entities under DOD may procure its Oracle software program licenses and technical support requirements, provided the software programs are used only in support of the entity’s internal business operations. After 30 November 2018, Army customers must request a Statement of Non-Availability (SoNA) and subsequent Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waiver in order to procure Oracle software outside of CHESS. As of 11 OCT 16, Federal customers are prohibited from the use of the DOD ESI BPAs based on GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 for Oracle products and services and are advised to fulfill requirements through other appropriate GWACs starting with the DOD ESI agreement through Affigent. **Note that options may be exercised according to FAR clause 52.217.9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract through the GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 if the orders were placed and awarded before 11 OCT 2016.**

The Department of the Army, Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) has established multiple Enterprise Agreements for Oracle software products and support. Products include licenses, media, and maintenance for Oracle Database and Applications software licenses, support, and consulting services. This (Blanket Purchase Agreement) BPA been designated as a Department of Defense (DOD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) agreement and is open for ordering by DOD entities. The following Oracle reseller BPA numbers are in effect: W91QUZ-09-A-0001(Affigent).
