CB 48 Aggregated Buy

In an effort to achieve financial efficiency targets outlined in the DCIO memo below, CHESS has created the Aggregated Buy Entry tool to allow for increased volume purchasing. The intent is to make it easier for Commands to aggregate their subordinate units/directorates purchases. This tool will be used to purchase standard desktops and laptops off of the ADMC-3 contract during the open Consolidated Buy timeframes. Orders placed in the Aggregated Buy Entry tool must include a O-6/GS-15 level certification that funds are available and purchase will be made.
