Mobile Devices Contracts
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Future Status of Mobile Device Wi-Fi Contract: The Microsoft Surface and Wi-Fi devices previously procured through the Digital Market/ Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Wi-Fi Contract were sourced via the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V contract. The current Digital Market/CHESS Wi-Fi Contract will officially conclude on 1 January 2026. All products previously available under these contracts are now included within the scope of the Digital Market/CHESS ITES-4H contract, which became active on 20 November 2025. Effective immediately, customers should transition to using the ITES-4H contract to fulfil all Wi-Fi mobile device procurement requirements.
Scope
The scope of the Wi-Fi devices offered through the Digital Marketplace have either an Android or Apple IOS/MacOS Operating system.
All devices are Wi-Fi only and have no cellular data plans. Ordering is open to Army, DOD and other Federal Agencies.
The scope of the Microsoft Surface devices offered through the Digital Marketplace include Microsoft Surface Book, Microsoft Surface Pro and accessories.
All of these devices have Windows Operating systems. None of these devices come preloaded with the AGM image. All devices will require local NEC to load appropriate AGM version.
These devices are Wi-Fi only and have no cellular data plans. Ordering is open to, Army, DOD and other Federal Agencies.
