ITES-2S Services Contracts

ITES-3S contracts have been awarded and its associated 60-day phase-in period ends January 4, 2019. As a result, no ITS-SB requests for proposals will be allowed to be issued after January 4, 2019 and no orders can be awarded after April 13, 2019. In addition, the performance period of any new orders cannot extend beyond April 13, 2021. This directive is IAW the ITES-2S contract modifications, bilaterally executed April 2018, extending the ordering period that included the following: "After the completion of a phase-in period for the ITES-3S contacts, the Government will cease placing orders under this contract. The Government has advised all contractors of its intended cut-off-date for the new task competitions under the extended ordering period.
