Digital Market Alerts

If you get an error logging in to the Digital Market site, please contact one of the Digital Market technical admins below or put in a ticket with the site help desk if your certificate is accepted by the EAMS-A system. This can be due to your DoD-ID CAC certificate being tied to an old Digital Market/CHESS account you created previously and no longer use and must be updated by an admin.

If your CAC certificate is revoked on the EAMS-A landing page, this is something the Digital Market team will not be able to update and must be handled by the Army Enterprise Service Desk to ensure your CAC certifcate is properly set for access. Please call 1-866-335-ARMY (1-866-335-2769) or visit https://www.samhouston.army.mil/nec/contact.htm for assistance and explain that your CAC certificate is not being accepted by the EAMS-A CAC authentication system.
