BMC Asset Management DOD ESI (W91QUZ-07-A-0006) held by BMC Software Inc. is set to expire on 31 July 2017. The following guidance for acquiring BMC software will apply:
After 31 July 2017, customers may acquire products through the use of the GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 Contracts, or any other contract vehicle. However, Army customers will be required to first use ITES-SW for BMC related requirements.
If the ITES-SW contract vehicles cannot support customer requirements, Army customers will need to request a Statement of Non Availability (SONA) and aCIO/G-6 Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waiver.

If a customer has an existing Delivery Order with or without option periods extending beyond 31 July 2017, the reseller will honor the Delivery Order and all option periods until its completion.
