BDNA Asset Management DOD ESI (W91QUZ-07-A-0002) held by DLT Solutions LLC expired on 31 Mar 2017. The following guidance for acquiring BDNA software will apply:
After 31 Mar 2017, customers may acquire products through the use of the Flexera-ITAM ESI agreement, GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 Contracts, or any other contract vehicle.
However, Army customers will be required to acquire BDNA products through the use of the Flexera-ITAM ESI BPA. Information on this agreement can be found at the following link: http://www.esi.mil/contentview.aspx?id=499. If unable to find BDNA products on the ESI BPA, Army customers should use ITES-SW for related requirements.
If the ESI and ITES-SW contract vehicles cannot support customer requirements, Army customers will need to request a Statement of Non Availability (SONA) and a CIO/G-6 Information Technology Approval System (ITAS) waiver.
Instructions for the SONA and ITAS waiver process can be found on the CHESS IT e-mart website: https://chess.army.mil/Content/Page/SONA.
If a customer has an existing Delivery Order with or without option periods extending beyond 31 Mar 2017, the reseller will honor the Delivery Order and all option periods until its completion.
