AIT and aRFID Products/Services Now Available Through CHESS IT E-MART AIT and aRFID IDIQ Contracts that provide commercial hardware, software, and Technical Engineering Services (TES) to authorized users worldwide are now administered by PL CHESS. The TES aspect of the IDIQ Contracts involves integration, implementation, and training offered by the associated Contractor. All IDIQ Contract information could be found under the “Hardware” drop-down tab, select AIT-RFID Contracts.

Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) The ITES-3S labor categories are considered bona fide executive, administrative, professional, and/or computer labor and are generally exempt from the Service Contract Act (SCA). To the extent that any labor is subject to the SCA and is within scope of a Task Order and the IDIQ, the Ordering Contracting Officer must identify under a separate CLIN on the task order and apply wages as required under FAR Subpart 22.10, Service Contract Labor Standards.
