A Small Business can be defined as any of the following classifications: Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, UserService-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Small Business, and Historically Black Colleges & Universities & Minority Institutions(HBCU/MI).
